RendererGroup

Assigns a material and style class to a group of renderers, connecting them to the style system. The group isn’t an explicit list of renderers: every mesh on the model that shares the named material shares one Material instance, so recoloring it recolors all of them together. For a multi-color paint scheme on one group (a nose stripe, an underframe band), see Paint Maps.

  • Kind: RendererGroup
  • Availability: Car, Truck, Prop

colorGamma

float = 1

Gamma correction for the style color.

Material to apply.

styleClass

string

Style class name (e.g. "body", "trim", "lettering"). Space- or comma-separated for more than one class (e.g. "body roof"), in which case the group is a member of each: a rule naming any one of them matches, and a compound selector such as ".body.roof" reaches exactly this group.

Class names may use ASCII letters, digits, - and _; anything else is reported as a warning when the pack loads. See Names Within a Definition.

materialName

string

Name of a material listed in the model prefab’s MaterialMap. Every renderer whose material slot references that same material asset joins this group.
